Breakfast Chia Pudding

This is my to go breakfast any time!

It's a very practical and easy to make recipe you can pack and take it with you to eat on the way. Not only deliciously sweet but this nourishing breakfast will keep you going until lunch time!


3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup any nut milk

1 tsp vanilla essence (optional but highly recommended)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings: fruits, peanut butter, nuts, cacao nibs, anything you want!

But you cannot skip my delicious granola recipe


In a glass jar mix chia, milk, syrup and shake it well. After 2 minutes shake it again. Then let it sit in the fridge for 15minutes or if you prefer just prepare it the night before and leave it in the fridge so in the morning you just add your toppings and you're ready to go!
