7-12 September 2025

Ericeira, Portugal

Imagine this, you wake up and from your bed you can hear the birds singing, the sun is shining and all around you is green and alive with nature. Your whole day is planned out for you and so you don't have to worry about the details. Your only decision is whether to take a walk to the beach or take a massage in your free time.

Yoga. Healthy Food. Like-minded community. Beach time.

And plenty of time to rest, recharge, explore the beautiful surroundings and charm of a typical Portuguese coastal village.

This retreat is much more than just another holiday, it's an opportunity for you to make time for yourself that’s free from the everyday rush and hustle. Here you can reflect and have more clarity about what shifts need to take place in your life so you can reignite your fire and passion for living.

Because what you really need right now is to be in a different environment and surround yourself with the support of a community of women who are living through the same challenges and call each other to rise.

So you can built yourself a more vibrant, balanced and joyful life!

"I'm so grateful I got the chance to do this! It was so intense in a good way... I really think this could be the start, or an important milestone, to the journey to myself. The work on the body was just as important as the work we did on the mind. The combination of both was perfect. I thank you deeply from my heart for this week!"-  Lena, Germany

Main Teacher

I left my corporate job at the age of 27 and bought a one way ticket to study yoga in India. If I'm very honest, I didn't know what I was doing, I had no plan, and my reason for studying yoga wasn't a plan to become a yoga teacher. It was a decision based on the fact that I was completely lost about what I wanted to do in my life, feeling anxious about not knowing what job I wanted to do or which direction to take. Going to India to find oneself sounded like the light at the end of the tunnel. Most of my friends then were returning from living abroad to work in reliable jobs or having kids.

I was really scared I was making a wrong move, but I couldn't wake up to another Monday to count down the days to the weekend. I couldn't face the small talk about the weather in the office. I couldn't stand another day of feeling like the odd one out. The safety of my salary at the end of the month wasn't worth it, the lack of passion for life I faced every day when I woke up, the lack of deep meaningful connection and conversations, the days that dragged by, I wasn't ready to settle for that...

The thing is, it's really hard to do this soul searching inner work in your regular routine. When you change your environment, a different place, with different people, in a completely different routine, when you immerse yourself in it, completely out of your comfort zone, that's when you find the mental space to reflect.

My 21 days immersion in the yoga school in India was the break I needed. It brought so much reflection and internal shifts. That experience shifted the course of my life forever. That was a decision that allowed me to become the person I am today, it shaped my life, it changed the course of things for me. Since then I moved countries, started a whole different career I'm passionate about, found my life calling, built a successful business (when everyone told me otherwise) and now 10 years later than most of my friends, I'm having my first baby and I'm building my family. And I can only thank my old self for not settling for less because of my fear. I moved before I was certain, that one tiny step was the first step to a journey of getting to know myself and living a life more aligned with my essence, my soul.

I have been teaching yoga, running and directing my own Yoga & Personal Development retreats in Europe and around the world since 2017. I am passionate about Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama and also incorporate other tools to Personal Development to my retreat experiences; like journaling, breath work sessions, dynamic workshops in Nlp and more.

After years travelling and teaching around the world I have found my little piece of paradise in a small coastal town in Portugal, where this retreat takes place.

For me, the purpose of creating these retreats is to create the opportunity of deep and long lasting transformation I have experienced in my life. Just yoga and healthy food isn’t enough to make the internal shift, and so I like to share the tools I have learned and used along those years to find inner peace and true happiness.

What to expect from this Retreat?

This is NOT just another Yoga Retreat.

With every retreat I create, I like to bring along tools for self-discovery, personal development and self-transformation.

This retreat is an invitation to everyone wanting to liberate themselves from routine, work pressure or simply want to have the chance to deepen the connection with themselves. We all feel the pressure of obligations in life and often we don't have time to put in the self work we all need. As a result, we are often feeling disconnected, exhausted and with little or no direction to go in life, even though we feel unhappy with our current situation.

During this retreat we will be exploring Yoga classes, meditation, journalling exercises and breathwork in order to deepen self-awareness  and connection with who we really are. Also another great way to do this is through the awakening of our inner compass, or what we commonly call our intuition. Creative processes are a great way to do that, in that way our painting and pottery workshops are much more than just a fun activity to do, but guided in a way that takes us closer to ourselves. During the ecstatic dance, we have the chance to encompass movement and intuition into one, with the rhythm of music that moves us from inside out we are invited to explore our own form of expression. All of this in a idyllic setting of our 14th century old ruins. And least but not last, a guided deep relaxation  by the live sounds of percussion and didgeridoo in our night "trip to the jungle".

This retreat promises to be a real journey within yourself, through the exploration of creativity, breath and movement.

Creative expression is the ability to use our minds and imaginations to create something that represents ourselves. There are countless ways to express ourselves creatively, whether through music, visual art, crafting, writing, photography, drama, or movement. People of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life benefit from the creative process. Creativity helps us relate to each other, address obstacles and challenges in our lives, and even remember how to play! As adults we become so serious and focused on our obligations and duties. It can be difficult to authentically express who we are, but creative expression helps us open to new possibilities.

Most importantly, creative expression can lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves. Creative expression is, “the language that lives in the heart and the spirit. It’s the language that emerges when you find the safety to really listen to your heart.”  - Cathy Salser, Founder and Executive Director of A Window Between Worlds

This retreat is for you if...

  • You're going to yoga or taking other forms of self care but apart from feeling healthy in your body and a little more zen after your yoga or run, your mind is a clutter of a thousand thoughts and you have this constant feeling like there’s something else missing.

  • You're making the effort to squeeze a yoga practice or a run in your daily life because you know it’s good for you, but it feels like a mission to even make this happen and you have this feeling that you're having to constantly rush.

  • You're doing things that everyone expects you to, like being a good mother or having a secure job, but the truth is you're not feeling100% happy and sometimes you feel guilty about it because you can’t even point out the reason for it.

  • Your job keeps demanding more and more, extra hours, more commitment, and because you care about what you do and you want to be the best you have a hard time setting boundaries and it's draining the life out of you. Perhaps you don't even love your job and you wish you could have the courage to do something else that you actually love.

  • You're going through a tough transition because you lost an important person in your life, whether that was the end of a relationship or the loss of someone close, and this deep grief makes you feel constantly sad and heavy, it feels like you have lost the ability to enjoy yourself.

  • You're often faced by a version of yourself that you don't even recognise, like getting snappy, or falling into a victim pattern, or emotionally blocking others, and you can recognise these are traits you don't like about yourself, but you don't know how to break free from it.

  • You feel overwhelmed with your emotions, always either too sensitive or too angry, like an emotional rollercoaster, you can’t seem to be able to find a more balanced way to process your feelings and you end up letting them take over control.

It's time you said goodbye to this old version of yourself and reconnect with the woman who has clarity about her next steps. This woman is so aligned she knows when to end cycles or start new projects, she doesn't let the fear take over control. This woman loves her life, she wakes up and she feels vibrant and happy even if her day is lined up with meetings and responsibilities. This woman knows exactly what to do to unclutter her mind and make space for the things she loves, she can respectfully set boundaries, she knows how to process and calibrate her emotions, she can open up to having deep meaningful conversations with her partner or friends and she lives fully, passionately and excited about the life she built for herself, every single day!
