Berry Smoothie Bowl


How to make the most perfect, delicious, creamy smoothie bowl? I got your back on this one! This can be a nourishing breakfast or healthy snack for any time of the day, its easy to make and absolutely delicious!! Here is what you need:


2 frozen bananas

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

2 cups of almond or oat milk


Chop the bananas and freeze them beforehand. Normally I always have frozen bananas at home, this is the secret for a creamy and consistent smoothie. Then add the mixed berries, milk and blend it up until smooth. Add your favourite toppings, in this picture I added:


Banana slices

Kiwi slices

Almond flakes

Goji berries


I also added my homemade granola on top after this pic! Enjoy!
