Deliciously moist, sweet, creamy, crunchy and any other yummy adjectives you can imagine!
This pancake hit the spot!
It's easy to make and it's a healthy breakfast or dessert for any day!
Sounds good? LET'S DO THIS!
WHAT YOU NEED
3 tbsp white spelt flour
3 tbsp brown spelt flour
1 cup of oat milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinammon
1tbsp baking powder
Coconut oil to fry
In a hand blender mix first the liquid ingredients with the banana and blend well. Add both types of flour and mix until there are no lumps. For last add the baking powder and gently blend on low for only a couple of seconds.
Use a tiny bit of coconut oil on a non stick pan. Make them the size you want.
This recipe is enough for two big eaters (me and my boyfriend eat a lot! haha)
Top it up with what you like.
In this picture I topped my pancakes with tahini because it gives a bitter kick to the sweetness of the pancakes. Peanut butter is also a nice option!
I also used some chopped almonds, toasted coconut and pure maple syrup.
